Return & Refunds
If Customer is not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product they can return the product at the time of delivery. We will take back the return product and issue a credit for the value of the return products. The credit can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills, however packaged goods once opened or accepted by the customer will not be returns and refund.
In case any item is out of stock we will refund full amount of the item to your payment card.
A 3% merchant account refund fee will be applied on all the refunds,
Meat products can only be returned if:
- It's delivered after the schedule date.
- The package has been altered or damaged by the driver during transit time.
- The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.
