If Customer is not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product they can return the product at the time of delivery. We will take back the return product and issue a Refund for the value of the return products; however packaged goods once opened or accepted by the customer will not be returns and refund.

In case any item is out of stock we will refund the full amount of the item to your payment card.

Meat products can only be returned if:

• Order delivered after the schedule date.
• The package has been altered or damaged by the driver during transit time.
• The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.
