Placing Order

The cut off time for taking order is 12 pm one day before the scheduled deliveries date.

Delivering products

Labbaik Deliveries Inc. will take all necessary steps to maintain the freshness of its products being delivered. If the customer finds any product to be faulty he/she should report to Labbaik deliveries Inc. within 24 hours from the time the delivery has been received. Labbaik Deliveries Inc. takes all responsibility of replacing the product with a new and fresh product, issue a credit voucher excluding deliveries charges.

Eligibility

Services of the Site would be available to only select geographies in Canada. As part of the registration process with Labbaik deliveries Inc. may collect the following personal information about you: Name including first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, and other contact details. We do not share any personal information with a third party. All our data is kept completely confidential.

Pricing

The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the deliveries. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of deliveries. No additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Return & Refunds

If the customer is not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product they can return the product at the time of deliveries. We will take back the returned product and issue a credit for the value of the return products. The credit can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills, however, packaged goods once opened or accepted by the customer are not subject to returns and refund, a 3% merchant account refund fee will be applied on all the refunds.

Meat products can only be returned if:
